Feature of the Lens:

UV fixed focus lenses are manufactured using fused silica substrate elements and therefore provide excellent transmittance in the wavelength range from ultraviolet to near-infrared light.

Application of the Lens:

UV fixed focus lenses are ideal for a variety of applications such as surface inspection of circuits and fiber optic components, quality control of semiconductor materials, and locating the location of crude oil contamination or leaks.

Other applications include forensics, pharmaceuticals, biomedical imaging, fluorescence, security and counterfeit parts detection.

Introduction of the Lens:

A prime lens is a lens with a fixed focal length. The characteristic of this type of lens is that it has only one focal length, or only one field of view.

Fixed-focus lenses are widely used in industrial automation or machine vision systems because of their stable image quality and ease of use.

Therefore, they are often also called industrial lenses, industrial fixed-focus lenses, industrial camera lenses, and machine vision lenses.

BOTE is committed to providing customers with high-quality imaging lens products and technical services. There are a wide variety of high-light fixed-focus lenses, with maximum imaging sizes covering 1/1.8″, 2/3″, 1″, and 4/3″, which can meet the needs of most industrial cameras on the market.

It adopts a standard C-mount design and can be easily matched with C-mount industrial cameras; the front end of the lens has a threaded design for easy addition of filters; some series have a large aperture design, making it easy to cope with low-illumination application environments.
